How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days and most arrive within 7–10 working days. Shipping is free on orders of ₹500 or more, and ₹80 below that. See our shipping policy.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 10 days of delivery if it is unused and in its sealed packaging. If something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace or refund it free of cost. See our refund policy.
How do warranty claims work?
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. WhatsApp or call us with your order number and we will help you raise the claim with the brand's authorised service centre and follow it up. Please keep your invoice and warranty card.
Do you supply hospitals and clinics?
Yes. We supply hospitals, clinics and distributors across India with institutional pricing, GST invoices and warranty support. Request a bulk quote.
Is cash on delivery available?
No. You can pay securely online by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes, every order comes with a GST invoice from Accurate Surgicals. For a business purchase, enter your company name and GSTIN at checkout or send them to us before dispatch.
